We have an extensive distribution network throughout the country and our products are sold at more than 700 machinery resellers located in the Peninsular and East Malaysia.
Sales Team
Our sales offices are located in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu. Our teams of sales personnel are trained and each specializes in different product categories. We are focused on ensuring our sales personnel are professional and customer-oriented to provide front-end services to our valuable customers. All our front line sales personnel are supported by teams of sales support staff so that all customers orders and inquiries are attended to punctually.
Warehouse, Logistics & Distribution Centre
Being a leading machinery distributor in Malaysia, we have warehouses and distribution hubs in East and West Malaysia covering a total square footage of 150,000 sq feet that is manned by more than 60 trained staff.
Our fleet of delivery trucks and vans, together with transport business partners, ensure on time delivery of our products to every part of Malaysia.
Equipped with ERP system to manage our inventory levels and order tracking, we are able to provide accurate real time information to our sales and service teams to ensure immediate response to customers’ inquiries.
Our logistics team members always strive to ensure on time delivery to our customers with minimal errors. We constantly monitor our delivery error incidents to improve our delivery services to the highest level.
